Membership Terms.

Clip Dates is a private social and dating club for singles over 40, operated by Social Media Marketing US LLC in Delray Beach, Florida. By applying for membership or attending a Clip Dates event, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is by application and approval. We review every application personally and may approve or decline any application at our discretion. Founding memberships are complimentary and limited; submitting an application does not guarantee one. You must be at least 40 years old and single to apply.

YOUR SAFETY

Clip Dates hosts events and makes introductions. We do not background check our members, and approval of a membership is not a statement about anyone's character or safety. In limited cases, we may run a background check on certain members solely for video production and the protection of our own team; these checks are not shared with members and should not be relied on by anyone.

You are responsible for your own safety and your own decisions, at our events and when meeting anyone privately. Before meeting someone privately, please do your own research, meet in a public place, arrange your own transportation, and tell a friend where you'll be. If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable, tell our host or write to support@clipdates.com.

YOUR INFORMATION

Your gender identity, sexual orientation, and dating preferences are seen by the Clip Dates team and, once you are a member, by other approved members only, so you can find the right people. They are never shown publicly and never used in advertising unless you separately agree to it.

EVENT PHOTOS AND VIDEO

General photos and footage of the atmosphere at our events may appear on our social media and advertising. We never publicly identify our members. Your own profile or video is never used in advertising unless you separately agree to it in writing. If you would rather not appear in event footage, tell our host or write to us, and we will remove it.

CONDUCT

Please treat every member and our team with respect. We may end a membership or ask a guest to leave an event at any time, at our discretion.

RESPONSIBILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clip Dates and Social Media Marketing US LLC are not responsible for the conduct of any member or guest, at our events or elsewhere.

CHANGES

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page.
